This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of fermentation studies, sensory evaluations, and maintaining high-quality data integrity.

20/hrs per week, Monday-Friday, 8am-12pm OR 1pm-5pm, some weekends required

- Experience with statistical analysis of data and data entry with excel
- Experience with written and verbal communication such as preparation of reports and presentation of findings
- Previous experience with microbiological analysis of food, particularly conducting pathogen challenges
