Job Description
The Accounting Department in the Lutgert College of Business (LCOB) at Florida Gulf Coast University seeks applicants for an Accounting Instructor I position to join our dynamic faculty. In this role, you will teach both undergraduate and graduate-level courses (as applicable), with a standard teaching load of four courses per semester and potential opportunities for summer teaching. As an Accounting Instructor I, you will engage in course and curriculum development, participate in professional development activities that align with the Instructional Practitioner classification under LCOB faculty guidelines, contribute to university, college, department, and community service efforts and, perform other duties as assigned.

- Masters or terminal degree from an AACSB accredited business school in Accounting or an MBA with a focus (18 graduate hours) in accounting with significant industry experience.
- Prior teaching experience in an AACSB accredited institution.
- Relevant business experience.
