Job Summary
Purpose:
As the Assistant HR Director, you will oversee day-to-day HR operations within the business school, ensuring effective delivery of services to a diverse staff. Reporting to the HR Director, you will supervise two Staff HR Managers and the HR Assistant, ensuring the consistent application of HR policies and procedures. A key responsibility in this role is serving as the HR lead for units led by chief officers, where you will act as the HR Manager for approximately 100 staff members. You will collaborate with senior leadership to address complex HR issues and partner with the Talent Management Specialist to drive performance management, employee recognition, and staff development initiatives. Additional Information
The posting range for this position is $85,600 - $115,550. This posting range reflects multiple factors involved in determining compensation, such as skills, experience, training, certifications, and other organizational needs. At Ross, it is not common for new hires to be offered a salary at the upper end of the range. Compensation decisions are based on the details of each situation.
