Purpose:
As the Behavioral Lab Research Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating in-person human subjects research experiments within the Ross Behavioral Lab. You will manage the student research requirement for marketing and management courses and lab experiments deployed for the student research requirement. You will help execute in-lab experiments by managing communication among instructional faculty, students, and researchers, collecting and organizing experiment materials, coordinating research sessions, and reviewing studies for quality assurance. You will work closely with the behavioral lab manager, under the direction of the research manager.

Additional Information

The general salary range for this position is $45,100 to $53,000. This posting range reflects multiple factors involved in determining compensation, such as skills, experience, training, certifications, and other organizational needs. At Ross, it is not common for new hires to be offered a salary at the upper end of the range. Compensation decisions are based on the details of each situation.
