Job Summary
As the Labor Relations Representative Intermediate within Staff Human Resources, you will support and facilitate union-management contract negotiations, administer collective bargaining agreements, and resolve employee grievances to promote harmonious labor relations at the University. Reporting to the Director of Labor Relations, you will advise management on labor relations practices, interpret labor agreements, and support employee-related matters to ensure compliance with legal and contractual obligations. You will provide expertise to address labor and employment issues institution-wide.

Work Locations
Will require travel to multiple locations on & off campus, which may include Flint and Dearborn campuses. Will occasionally require domestic travel. Hybrid work may be allowed; flexible work arrangements are reviewed annually and may be subject to change based on business needs.
