Job Summary

The Senior Program Manager (SPM) will coordinate math literacy sequence, programming and evaluate and build upon our current remote efforts. Meeting these responsibilities involves developing and sustaining relationships with schools, capitalizing upon University and community partnerships. The SPM is a member of WP's Executive Team and reports directly to the Associate Director. As Senior Program Manager your responsibilities will include the following: 

Overarching Administrative Responsibilities (50%) 

Math Literacy Programming (30%) 

Outreach & Program Relationships (10%) 

Data, Evaluation, & Continuous Improvement (10%)

The Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (ODEI) at the University of Michigan leads and supports university-wide initiatives focused on the recruitment of a diverse faculty, staff, and student body, while fostering an inclusive and equitable University community. Our office also engages surrounding communities in mission-focused, mutually beneficial partnerships. Positions that are eligible for hybrid or mobile/remote work mode are at the discretion of the hiring department. Work agreements are reviewed annually at a minimum and are subject to change at any time, and for any reason, throughout the course of employment. Learn more about the work modes.

This is a hybrid position, with on-site work in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Due to the nature of student programming, some Saturday and evening work hours will be required.
