Job Summary

This Benefits Clerk (Payroll Analyst II) primary responsibility is to provide administrative support for the Benefit Operations area within Shared Services including data entry, customer support, monitoring a central email box, producing standard reports and other administrative duties as assigned . This position will work cooperatively with a team and closely with the functional area lead to ensure accurate data entry into Peoplesoft HRMS and external carrier sites. This position will participate in routing PeopleSoft testing. This position will work cooperatively with team members in the Shared Services operations and provide reporting as needed. This position will function as a back up to other specialist within the benefits area.

This is a defined-term contract position renewable each fiscal year and located in Versailles, KY.

KCTCS offers a hybrid work schedule with a requirement to be onsite a minimum of 3 days per work week. Hybrid work schedules are subject to periodic review and may be modified or terminated at any time.

Job Duties:

Data Entry, audit, and set up of benefits in PeopleSoft HRMS and benefit carrier sites.

Provide Customer Support.

Provide administrative support to the Benefit Operations Shared Services organization.

Provide support for PeopleSoft testing.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED and two (2) years of relevant experience or equivalent. 

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate's Degree and three (3) years of relevant experience or equivalent.
