Lincoln Land Community College is currently accepting student applications to serve as a body model to students in the Massage Therapy program.
Student Workers will perform the following duties:

- Provide a living human body for the Massage Therapy student to practice massage techniques, including therapeutic massage, body manipulation, draping, and positioning.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including proper hygiene and communication with massage therapy students and instructors, to ensure a safe and effective learning environment.
- Be comfortable with touch and the exposure of various body parts (e.g., arms, legs, back) during massage practice sessions.
- Offer constructive feedback regarding comfort or areas for improvement, as guided by the instructor, to support the student’s skill development.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect the student privacy and educational experiences at all times.
- Ensure consistent attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts to ensure massage therapy program students get adequate practice time.
All LLCC Student Workers have the following institutional responsibilities:
- Uphold LLCC’s mission, as well as certain standards of conduct within the College and in dealings with students, staff, faculty and the general public.
- Responsible for compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and other regulations with regard to confidentiality of and access to student and other institutional records.
Student Workers will be paid minimum wage and will work no more than 20 hours per week. Scheduling will vary per programmatic requirements between 5:30 pm – 9:30 pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday for the months of January – June 2025.
Requirements include the following:
- Must maintain satisfactory academic progress
- Must be enrolled at least half-time (6 credit hours) during the semester of employment, with the exception of summer term
- Complete LLCC’s mandatory harassment prevention training within 30 days of employment
- Minimum GPA 2.0
- Must be at least 18 years old
