Job Summary
The Department of Radiology at the University of Michigan invites applications for a full-time faculty position from individuals with a research focus and mentorship experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Medical Imaging. The rank ranging from Assistant Professor to Professor, on the instructional tenure track, will be based on experience and qualifications. The successful candidate will enhance our interdisciplinary expertise in applications of AI for medical imaging, diagnosis, treatment-response monitoring, prognosis prediction, and analysis and retrieval of clinical information. Required Qualifications*
A Ph.D. degree in computer science, electrical or biomedical engineering, medical physics, or related fields.
Training or work experience in digital image processing, computer visions, artificial intelligence, neural networks, deep learning, machine learning, and statistics.
