Responsibilities*
Required Qualifications*
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Experience working in a maintenance field.
Experience with HVAC, electrical repair, plumbing repair, and carpentry repair.
Good record keeping skills.
Familiarity with computer application software.
Familiarity with the use of hand tools.
Excellent customer service skills.
Must be able to fulfill the requirements to operate a UM vehicle.
Candidates for this position must be able to routinely move and position heavy objects.
Desired Qualifications*
Experience working with chemicals.
Experience working in clean labs.
Work Schedule
Monday - Friday, 5:30am - 2:00pm
Hired candidate might be be asked to respond to afterhours emergencies and to work overtime as needed
